RETURNS PROCEDURE

Full-priced goods in saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size or style, or returned for store credit (valid 6 months). A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping. Items can only be returned within 7 days after receiving them, after this time all sales are final.

PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items are final, strictly no refund or exchanges on sale items.
Please email info@wilfredcannabis.com (within 7 days of receiving your order) to obtain a Returns Authorization Number (RA Number). You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return. Upon receiving RA, enclose together with your original order form and goods. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable.

In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Wilfred Cannabis will not be liable if there is no tracking information. Items returned without an RA Number will not be accepted. Customers are liable for return shipping costs from Wilfred Cannabis. We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. All international duties are payable by the purchaser on delivery. You will be provided with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Parcels can be delivered to your home or work address.
